My wife and I ordered a X5 Hybrid it took about a month to come in during that month our salesman Wyatt contacted us on a regular basis throughout the wait time and was very informative, when the car arrived unfortunately our situation had changed and it was not practical to take possession of another vehicle at this time, we told Wyatt of our situation and he was very understanding and said no problem and refunded our deposit with no pressure what so ever, we are moving back to Florida and once we get situated we will order another one even though we will be 2400 miles away because of the way Wyatt handled our situation we will call him and have it shipped to Florida, They are our BMW dealership.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW North Scottsdale. We had an appointment with Tyler Ma to test drive an X4. Tyler is a very knowledgeable, easy to talk with and just a really nice gentleman. After we both drove the X4 and Tyler going over all of the many features, we weren't sure if it was the right fit for us. We walked into the showroom and saw a beautiful 2025 X5 and shifted gears. Tyler suggested taking one for a test drive, which I was happy about. He was very patient and spent a good amount of time with us. We never felt rushed to make a decision. We decided we'd like to purchase the X5 on the showroom floor. The sales Manager was Kurt Fowler who was also very nice to work with. We negotiated a bit on our trade in and the new X5 and made a deal that we felt was very fair. Everything went very smooth with no high pressure sales. Our BMW genius was Logan who was also very patient with me, as I am not very Techy. We drove away in our new X5 feeling very good about our purchase. Thank you to this great team! :)

We had a Polestar 2 (performance package) on order, but experienced multiple delays and limited communication with no definitive answers. After three months, we decided to visit BMW to check out their i4 eDrive35s. We were assisted by Rick, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, flexible, and candid throughout the process. Rick went above and beyond to meet our expectations regarding trade-in value and monthly lease terms. We were able to test drive one of the e35s, trade in one of our vehicles, and complete the digital paperwork with Neville, the most efficient and positive financial advisor we've ever met. The entire process took no more than three hours. The head genius (apologies, we can't recall his name) was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the technology. Such a nice gentleman. A special thanks to the director of sales, Tony, for being flexible with our trade-in. Impeccable service from BMW. We now "get it." Rick is our go-to person moving forward. We're looking forward to working with him in the future or until he retires. This was the best car buying experience we've ever had.

I just bought the xdrive m440i. What a great car!!! Tyler Ma helped us when we walked in. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We got to the dealership about an hour or so before closing and we never felt rushed. Tyler worked with us to get this deal done and although it was a long night, the experience was great and it will make me a long time bmw customer.
